Annual salary (gross) = Hourly rate × Hours per week × 52. No deduction for vacation or holidays—this is raw pay. Example: $25/hour at 40 hours/week = $25 × 40 × 52 = $52,000 per year. For part-time, reduce hours per week (e.g. 20 hours → $26,000).
